职位描述:
■ Build a team with various levels of skills and talent to support an efficient specialized recruiting process, and achieve the required talent recruitment metrics
■ Implement recruitment solutions across the assigned business groups, working with HR and Business/function leadership on developing strategies and drive execution to attract top caliber employees in a high-growth environment
■ Implement effective customer relationship management mechanisms with business segment's functional HR Managers and client HR Managers
■ Develop and drive hiring plans in partnership with the business and HRBP/EHRM to ensure the right staffing levels and activities are implemented to support the business teams
职位要求:
■ Bachelor's degree with 8 years' track record of substantial talent acquisition experience in leadership role, preferably with both internal MNC and external search firm experience
■ Must have good business acumen, mature and can act as a change agent and interact effectively with business partners including senior BU and HR leaders
■ Significant experience in China in relevant function, with fluency in English and Mandarin mandatory
■ Strong personal and professional ethical values, impeccable integrity and the energy level and stamina required to meet the demands of the position;
